Eggless Cake
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. plain flour
- 3 oz. margarine
- pinch of salt
- 4 tspful baking powder
- 3 oz. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- about 1/2 cup milk and water
cooking time:
Method:
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix in the margarine, add the sugar and vanilla and mix to a dropping consistency with the milk and water.
- Turn into a greased 7 inch tin and bake in a moderate oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
